Every time you log in or send money, the connection between your phone and our servers is encrypted. We also encrypt sensitive details like your card PIN and your ID document at the storage level. In short: even if someone intercepted the data, they couldn't read it.

Where is my money held?
Your funds are held in segregated accounts with our licensed banking partners, separate from BLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES's operating money. This means your money is protected even in the unlikely event of issues with our company.
Can BLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES employees access my account?
No. Our staff can only access customer accounts through a logged, audited process. Even then, they can only see what they need to help you — not your card PIN or password. Those are never stored in a readable form.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Log in from any device with your email and password. You'll get a code to confirm it's you. You can also contact support to immediately freeze your account and cards. Your old device will be signed out automatically.
How do you prevent fraud?
We check every transfer against patterns of fraud in real time. Every transfer also requires you to enter a one-time code. If the same transfer is somehow sent twice, our system catches it and cancels the duplicate.
Is my data shared with third parties?
We only share data with our regulated partners as required to provide our services — such as banking, identity verification, and fraud monitoring. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
