Issa brings deep expertise in financial services, with a career spanning banking operations, compliance, and product. He founded BLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES to build the cross-border account he wished existed for his own family. He is responsible for the company's commercial and regulatory strategy.
Technical Director
Jean leads the technical architecture and engineering of the BLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES platform. With a background in distributed systems and financial infrastructure, he built the platform from the ground up — wallet ledger, transfer routing, and partner integrations. He is responsible for technology and security.
Chairman
Zouher provides strategic governance and long-term vision for BLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES. His leadership spans regulated financial services, capital allocation, and the wider European–African–Gulf corridor. He is responsible for board strategy and partner relationships.
